We would like to inform you that an important event will be held online on 2 December 2022 (9.30 to 17.00): the EU Forum of the Legal Professions to address the issue of “Maintaining the attractiveness of the legal professions: how can we anticipate future trends”.
This event is co-organised by the CCBE and the Academy of European Law (ERA), the European Network of Councils for the Judiciary (ENCJ), the European Association of Judges (EAJ), the Association of European Administrative Judges (AEAJ), ACA-Europe, the Network of the Presidents of the Supreme Judicial Courts of the Member States, the European Union of Judicial Officers (UEHJ) and the European Union of Rechtspfleger (EUR).
As you will see in the programme, the conference will be divided into four sessions which will address the following main topics:
- Trends in the desirability of the legal professions
- The image of the legal professions
- Access to the legal professions
- How can we make the judicial professions more attractive?
The speakers will include the Chair of the CCBE Future Committee, Christian Lemke, and the Chair of the CSR Committee Alix Frank-Thomasser.
